How It Works

Before You Reserve with Sweet T's Pageant Rentals, we kindly ask you to review our Terms of Service, which also serves as our rental agreement.​

Step 1 - Filter Items:

Click on the "Rentals" tab. Use the handy filter tool located at the top left of the catalog to narrow down items by theme, size, designer, or rental price.

Step 2 - Select Your First Item:

Browse through our collection and choose the item you'd like to reserve.

Step 3 - Booking Details:

​For Shipped Orders:

Select your desired reservation period of 7 or 14 days, followed by the Friday before your weekend event. 

*Note: All shipped orders are dispatched on Monday of the reservation week. If you require an extended rental period (beyond one weekend), additional rental charges will apply. Please contact us for reservations longer than 14 days.

For Pick-Up Orders:

Please let us know if you want to pick up your items after booking.  Remember, items can be picked up any day during the week of your reservation unless they're returning from the previous weekend's renter.

**Please contact us if your event falls on a Mon-Fri so that we can check on booking manually for you.**

Step 4 - Selecting any Additional Rental Items:

If you're trying to book separate items for multiple events dates, please create a separate order. You can only add multiple items for the same date to one order. 

Step 5 - Checkout:

Provide your shipping address, Complete your contact details, review and accept the Rental Agreement & Terms, input your payment information, and submit your order. Our rental agreement can be found under the "Terms & Conditions" tab. This must be submitted before we ship your item along with a picture of your license! (submit via email or Facebook Messenger if you've never rented from us before)

Step 6 - Have a GREAT Pageant!:

We adore receiving pictures and hearing about how your little princess dazzled the stage! Best of luck!

Step 7 - Return Items:

Please ensure all rentals are returned by the first business day following your event. In certain cases, you may need to ship the item to the next renter via UPS or Fedex. In these cases, we will provide instructions and the next renter's information. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in fulfilling this responsibility. Failure to do so may result in late fees or denial of future service by Sweet T's Pageant Rentals.
